Gammon From Local Butchers and Farm Shops In Cumbria

For a really great roast dinner, one of our Cumbrian Gammons from our local farm shops and butchers will definitely fit the bill. These gammons are delicious and relatively straight forward to cook, just boil them, score the fat, pop some cloves in there and perhaps baste it with a nice honey mustard sauce, or any other gammon recipe that you know, then roast in the oven. The result will not dissapoint, as you will have a deliciously succulent cut of meat that is as tender and tasty as you could possibly hope for.
